Geocommons

In addition to the Google Maps, tracks are published on Geocommons.com, using the Open Street Maps. An interesting feature is the ability to select layers for viewing.
These layers correspond to the track segments of the GPX file.
By selecting and deselecting layers, you can create your own itinerary on a visual way.

Tracks are color coded:
Blue: LF1 segment 1 to 9
Red: LF10 segment 1 and 2
Light green: LF1 2003-extension in Belgium
Dark green: Belgian Coast Route
Yellow: Connection with Hull ferryport in Rotterdam-Europoort

The tracks on the Geocommons map have a much higher detail compared with the Google Map.
